REALME 9i 5G
Design & Build:
Realme 9i 5G gets a 6.6” FHD+ IPS display with a water drop notch & with a polycarbonate back with a vintage CDs design, However the bezels and the chin are little thick which make it look like a old dated in it’s price range .It is available in three color variant Metallica gold, Rocking blue & Soulful black.

Operating System & Processor :
Realme 9i 5g comes with Realme UI 3.0 which is based on Android 12. It has a Mediatek Dimensity 810 5g Chipset which is based on 6nm technology. Talking about the processor I would say It is the best processor you can get in a range of 15k smartphone because last year this processor used to come in a 20k smartphone. Coming to its performance, this chipset has a Antutu score of aproxx 380k, which means it is going to perform very smoothly in your daily usage and in basic gaming also and you won’t see any lag or stutters here in your day-to-day usages.
Display & Battery:
Realme 9i 5g gets a 6.6” FHD+ IPS display with a water drop notch. The display has a refresh rate 90Hz and 180Hz of touch sampling rate and a pick brightness of 400 nits. Although the display could have been better because the chin and the bezels are little thick and the brightness which also could have been a bit higher.
Realme 9i 5g comes with a 5000mAH battery with an 18-w charger. The phone gives you a good battery backup on even on heavy usage also, Although the company should have provided a fast charger support .However you won’t be disappointed with its battery.
Camera:
Realme 9i 5g comes with a 50MP triple rear camera setup and a 8MP selfie camera. The rear camera has 50MP primary sensor with Aperture f1.8, 2MP portrait sensor & 2MP macro sensor. With rear camera you can do 1080p FHD video recording, it has some features like Night mode, panoramic view, pro mode, portrait macro, time lapse, slow motion and street mode. Rear camera takes good pictures in day light condition but in the low light condition it does not performs well, also the video recording is not upto the mark.
Talking about selfie camera, again it performs good with a decent clarity in normal lighting condition but it lags to perform well in low light condition. Overall, the camera is average or below average I would say in compare to the other smartphones that are available in this price range.
Pricing:
4+64GB – 14999/-
6+128GB – 16999/-

Conclusion:
Apart from the processor Realme 9i 5G doesn’t provide any special features and also the company has compromised on its display and camera. So, if you are searching for a smartphone with a great processor and ready to compromise with display and camera then you can go for it, otherwise there are many options available in the market you can check out.
