MOTO G72 was launched in October 2022.
Design & Build:
Moto G72 gets a 6.6’’ poled display with a PMMA acrylic glass back (more harder than the polycarbonate material) and under display fingerprint sensor. It comes with a thickness of 7.9mm and 166 gm of weight. It comes in two color variant Meteorite Grey and polar Blue.

Moto G72 comes with Android 12 (near stock android) with assured 3 years of security updates and 1 year of OS upgrade. You won’t see any ad or bloatwares here which is a good thing for us.
Moto G72 has Mediatek Helio G99 chipset which is based on 6nm technology. It has scored above 370k in Antutu score test. Its performance is going to be great with good battery backup.
Display & Battery:
Moto G72 comes with a 6.6” poled display and has the Gorilla glass 3 protection. The display has support to DCI P3 & HDR 10+. It has a refresh rate of 120Hz, 576 Hz of touch sampling rate & 1300 nits of pick brightness. Since it has a very high touch sampling rate it is going to give you a very smooth experience. The display is there is very good and is going to give you a very amazing experience.
Moto G72 has a 5000mah battery and it comes with a 33W fast charging support, which can charge your phone from 0-100 % in approx. 1hr. You are going the love it’s battery backup since it comes with a processor which is based on 6 nm technology.

Moto G72 has 108 MP primary Samsung HM6 sensor with f1.7 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide & depth sensor with f2.2 aperture and, 2MP macro sensor (Which is useless you can say). In rear camera you will get the features like video recording at FHD @60fps, Dual capture, Portrait mode, Night vision and, HD slow-motion video recording @120fps.
Front:
It has 16MP AF selfie with f2.45 aperture. With the selfie camera you would be able to record the videos at FHD @ 30fps and has support to portrait mode, group selfie, auto smile capture, Gesture capture & Timer.
Both the camera performs very well in day light condition with have good dynamic range and sharpness. Also, portrait shots and colors are really good. you won’t see the Night mode in selfie camera, which is a drawback of it, though you would be able to take good quality pictures in low light condition too.

- since it is 4G phone Price should have been little less
- Camera quality needs to improve for low light photography
- Only 1 year of OS update is there
