Moto edge 30 fusion is a successor of Moto edge 20 fusion. It is a lightweight slim trim smartphone with 745mm of thickness and 175gms of weight. It comes with a 6.55’’ Edge lightning, poled curved display and a curved matted finished glass back which provides a good grip and a premium feeling while holding the smartphone.

It has IP 52 rating, Dual stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos support and Under display fingerprint. If we talk about the speakers, it sounds very clear and is loud too. Also, the fingerprint works very well and is fast also.

Operating System & Processor:

In Moto edge 30 fusion, you get the Android 12 (Clean UI) out of the box with Assured 2 OS updates (13 & 14) and 3 years of Security updates. Since you get the stock Android here, you won’t see any unwanted ads and bloatwares. This is something we look for everywhere, but very few companies provide, it so kudos to Motorola they did a great job.

Moto edge 30 fusion has Snapdragon 888+ 5G chipset. It has scored above 800k in Antutu score test. It has a very well CPU throttling, It’s the thermals doesn’t perform well on an intense test however in normal day to day life usage there will be no issue.

Display & Battery:

Moto edge 30 fusion comes with a 6.55” pOled curved display . It has a refresh rate of 144Hz and 360 Hz of touch sampling rate and , has 1100 nits of pick brightness and , has a protection of Gorilla glass 5 . The display is there is very good and is going to give you a very amazing experience.

Moto edge 30 fusion has a 4000mah battery and supports 68 W of Turbo fast charging which can charge your phone from 0-100 % in just approx 30mins. The Battery backup is also decent, you won’t be disappointed with it.

Moto edge 30 fusion has 50MP primary sensor with f1.8 aperture, 13MP ultra-wide & macro sensor with f2.2 aperture and, 2MP depth sensor (Which is useless you can say). With its rear camera you will be able to do video recording at

It has 32MP AF selfie with f2.45 aperture. With the selfie camera you would be able to record the videos at 4k UHD @ 30fps and has support to EIS portrait, night vision, dual capture and time lapse.

During the day light condition the photos come out very well with both rear and the selfie camera, however photos are not very natural but a little saturated you can say. Sharpness and dynamic range are good, and the video stabilization does a great job with both the cameras. Although you won’t see the Night mode in selfie camera which is a drawback of it

Moto edge 30 fusion comes only in 1 variant 8+128GB, and its price is 42999/-.However the effective price can be reduced by applying some card offers.

Pros:

  • Its thermals do not perform well in intense works
  • In night condition front camera lags to perform well

Conclusion:

Moto edge 30 fusion is a premium looking and very slim trim smartphone. It has a good camera, a premium display and specially, has the Android 12 as the Operating System. It has a satisfactory battery and charging support. Moto edge 30 fusion has a very powerful chipset, if it’s thermals is controlled then it will be cherry on top.
